We are delighted that our Tournament Trophy has arrived and are keen to share with you all, the EVMGT trophy. Designed and created by Mary Chappelhow of interlude ceramics, Brougham Hall, Penrith. Our very own Claret Jug.
Located above the picturesque Lake District town of Penrith, the course dates back to 1890. This wonderful, well maintained track offers a worthy challenge to any golfer. It also affords the welcome bonus of some of the finest views of the Lake District, including iconic mountains such as Blencathra and Helvellyn.
Situated on the edge of the historic market town of Appleby in Westmorland and created in 1903 by Open Champion Willie Fernie. The designer used the bracken and heather on Brackenber Moor to great effect to build this charming course. The location offers terrific views and challenging play for golfers of every skill level.
Brampton offers spectacular scenery of the nearby Pennine Fells, the Lake District peaks and all the way to Scotland and a particularly friendly welcome. This is a James Braid original design and the challenge that remains today is one that will test both your game and legs though neither ought to be over taxing.
