Purpose
To ensure that visitors to Penrith Golf Club (PGC) and the Eden Valley Mixed Golf Tournament (EVMGT) privacy is protected.
Scope
This policy applies to all PGC and EVMGT visitors who may provide personal data.

PGC and EVMGT is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with General Data Protection Regulations and follow strict security measures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given PGC and/or EVMGT to prevent unauthorised access. We do not share information with third parties for commercial purposes. When you complete an application to join the Tournament certain personal information is collected from you. This information will only be used in accord with this policy.
We may collect the following information:
● Name and surname
● Current address
● Affiliated home golf club
● Phone numbers
● Email address
● Gender
● WHS Handicap index
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to administer your entry and to provide you with information, offers, draws, results and services connected to the Tournament.
Email addresses may be used to circulate information about future EVMGT events.
Information is retained electronically on the database, unless requested otherwise, for the duration of the EVMGT organisation. If you wish your details to be removed from the database, please email EVMGT@gmail.com
Any printed lists, such as start sheets and score cards, will be shredded at the end of each competition.
Under General Data Protection Regulations, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think there is a problem in the way your data is being handled.
