Supplementary Competitions
Daily nearest the pin prizes
All three clubs will be running nearest the pin competitions on each day of the tournament with daily prizes. (This is not part of the one prize per player policy).
The entry fee for this competition is included in your entry fee for EVMGT.
Prizes are awarded for Ladies and Gents, nearest the pin in one and two on selected holes. Holing the ball in one / two shots will count as being nearest the pin. Should more than one person achieve this on any hole, on the same day, prizes will be awarded to each player.

The welcome event will be held at Penrith Golf Club between 15:00 and 18:00 on the Tuesday prior to the first day of play. This event gives entrants the opportunity to register, settle in, understand exactly where they need to be the following day, confirm what time they will be teeing off and potentially snap up a bargain.
The organisers will also be available up to 21:00 to register and hand out goodie bags for those who arrive later.
It is not compulsory for anyone to attend the welcome event, but those who choose to register on the morning of the first day of play will not receive a goodie bag or raffle tickets.

The Goodie Bags will contain two complimentary raffle tickets which gives everyone the chance to win great prizes which are all kindly donated by our various supporters.
On arrival at the Presentation Event you will be asked to write your name on each of your tickets and place them in the draw.
Tickets will be drawn by the organisers and if a prize is not claimed within a reasonable amount of time, it will be redrawn until a winner is found and provides a light hearted ending to the week.
Tickets are complimentary and cannot be purchased.

The presentation of prizes will be held at Penrith Golf Club at 19:30 on the Friday following the last day of play. Main prizes will be awarded to the winners and places in the overall competitions, as well as daily prize winners / runners up. We would love to see you there and your attendance at this event allows you to enter the prize draw using the tickets from your goodie bag.
